Assets

  • As of 2022, Nesis owns 47.3% of ICT Group, an investment holding company with various assets.
    26% of O1 Properties, one of the largest owners of class A office real estate in Moscow. Net profit for 2022: 16.5 billion rubles (about $242.6 million).
  • Plots of land in Moscow and Russia’s regions with a total area of about 200 hectares.
  • Up to 2024 he held a 23.9% stake in Polymetal, one of Russia’s leading gold and silver producers. Revenues in 2023 were $3.025 billion (about 257.125 billion rubles). Experts estimate that the Nesis stake could be sold for $520–570 million (about 48–53 billion rubles).
